PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK

Understand the pressures. Improve the way work works.

How work is designed, organised and managed can affect people’s health. Sustained pressure, unclear roles, limited support and harmful workplace behaviour deserve attention as work-related risks—not simply as matters of individual resilience.

Equilibrium helps organisations take a structured look at the conditions people work in and identify practical opportunities to reduce harm. The aim is to move beyond a wellbeing message to changes that make sense in everyday work.

Look beneath the symptoms

An assessment can explore workload and competing demands, role clarity, working relationships, leadership support, organisational change and the way concerns are raised and addressed. The scope is tailored to your organisation rather than treated as a standard checklist.

Listen, prioritise and act

We agree how information will be gathered and how participants will be informed. We then bring together relevant records and worker perspectives to identify themes, existing safeguards and areas needing closer attention.

The resulting action plan can set out priorities, responsibilities and review points, helping leaders translate findings into changes that can be followed through.

Keep the purpose clear

A psychosocial risk review examines working conditions and organisational risks. It is not a clinical assessment of individuals or, by itself, a determination of a complaint. Where a specific allegation needs a separate process, we will make that distinction clear.
