BULLYING, HARASSMENT & BEHAVIOUR
Take concerns seriously. Respond with care.
Concerns about workplace behaviour can be difficult to raise and challenging to manage. People may be worried about their wellbeing, their reputation or what will happen next. A considered response begins with listening, understanding the concern and choosing a process appropriate to the circumstances.
Equilibrium supports organisations to prevent harmful behaviour, clarify expectations and respond to concerns without dismissing them or assuming the outcome in advance.
Prevention that people can use
We can help review behaviour policies, reporting pathways and the practical guidance available to leaders and workers. The focus is on making expectations understandable and ensuring that raising a concern leads to a clear, proportionate response.
Choose the right process
Not every concern calls for the same approach. An initial review can help distinguish a request for support, a wider culture concern and an allegation that may require formal investigation. Immediate wellbeing and safety concerns need attention alongside—not instead of—the process for examining the issue.
Support better working relationships
Where appropriate, we can help leaders plan constructive conversations, clarify boundaries and identify organisational changes. Informal approaches should not be used to pressure people into resolution or replace a formal process where one is needed.
Our aim is to help organisations respond thoughtfully while building the conditions for respectful, sustainable ways of working.
